Refusing Naps

My 6 month old has now decided to boycott naps.  She went from 2 naps a day and sleeping through the night to naps of 1/2 hour each?  Is this a phase?  And yes,  blah blah blah she sleeps through the night. (... more on refusing naps)

Transition from two naps to one nap

My girls are teething and crawling and pulling themselves up on everything and I really thought that they would want to nap more than ever, yet it seems like napping is the last thing they want to do.  We end up fighting to try to get them to get even just a little bit of a nap.  They used to take  (.... more on the transition from two naps to one nap)

Cry it out at naptime

I have mastered bedtime with my son and now trying to master nap time.  He is 16 months old and we use to co-sleep only at nap time.  For the past 3 days I have tried to rock him; sing him a few songs; put him in crib; put sound machine on; close the door and for the past few days has been crying for (... more on Cry it out at naptime)

Inconsistent Napping

My 5 month old really doesn't take consistent naps and he only seems to catnap (about 15-45 minutes max), sometimes taking one long (2-3 hours) nap during the day, and that one is usually (... more on Inconsistent Napping)
